- July 3, 1997: Baby V.O.X debuts with their first studio album Equalizeher and the single "Hair Cut".
- 1998: Cha Yumi leaves due to injury; replaced by Kan Mi Youn, Shim Eun Jin and Lee Gai later join for album Baby Vox II.
- 1999: Lee Gai leaves the group and is replaced by a 15 year old Yoon Eun Hye, Get Up becomes major hit.
- 2000: The album Why is released with their hit singles Betrayal and Coincidence that gain number 1 in korean charts.
- 2001: The album Boyish Story is released, including singles like "Game Over" and "Doll".
- 2003: The album Devotion is released, featuring the hit "What Should I Do" and a deep club mix version of Coincidence.
- 2004: The album Ride West is released, featuring the controversial song "Xcstasy" and "Play Remix".
- October 2004: Shim Eun Jin leaves the group.
- April 2005: Yoon Eun Hye leaves the group.
- February 5, 2006: Baby V.O.X officially disbands.
- 2010: Baby V.O.X reunites for a special appearance on the music talk show "Kim Jung-eun's Chocolate".
- December 2024: The group reunites for a special stage at KBS' End of the Year Broadcast.
- February 13, 2025: Baby V.O.X releases the single album "New Baby V.O.X 2025", featuring re-recorded versions of "Killer" and "Coincidence".
- July 15, 2025: Baby V.O.X announces a solo concert at the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul, scheduled for September 26 and 27, 2025.
